Books - Final Sale

All books (new and used) are final sale. We apologize but we cannot accept returns or exchanges on books once purchased. Please choose carefully before completing your purchase.

Non-Book Items

Non-book items (including but not limited to bookmarks, tote bags, accessories, and other merchandise) may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase under the following conditions:

  • Items must be in resellable condition (unused, unworn, undamaged, with original tags/packaging intact)

  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase must be presented

  • Returns are for store credit only - no cash refunds will be issued

Defective Merchandise

If you receive a defective non-book item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will evaluate the item and, if deemed defective, offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • All books (new and used)

  • Items without receipt or proof of purchase

  • Items not in resellable condition

  • Items purchased more than 30 days ago

  • Gift cards

  • Adult Toys

How to Return

To initiate a return for eligible non-book items:

  1. Bring the item(s) to any Romantasy Bookstore location within 30 days of purchase

  2. Present your original receipt or proof of purchase

  3. Ensure items are in resellable condition with original packaging/tags

  4. Receive store credit for the purchase amount

Exchanges

Size exchanges on eligible non-book items may be accommodated subject to availability. All other conditions of this return policy apply.
