Scarred (Never After Series), by Emily McIntire

Dark romance • Royal intrigue • Enemies to lovers • Forbidden love • Revenge

She doesn’t belong to him. She belongs to the crown.

Prince Tristan Faasa was never meant to rule. That honor belonged to his older brother, Michael, the same man responsible for Tristan’s tormented childhood and the scar that marks his face. But when their father dies and Michael prepares to claim the throne, Tristan is ready to take what he believes should never have been his brother’s. As the leader of a secret rebellion, he will stop at nothing to end Michael’s reign.

Then Lady Sara Beatreaux arrives, promised to the future king. She has her own mission: marry Michael and destroy the Faasa line, no matter the personal cost. Tristan is dangerous, forbidden, and one of the men she has been sent to kill. But as hatred gives way to undeniable passion, Sara finds herself caught between vengeance and the one man she was never supposed to love.

A dark, seductive royal romance inspired by Hamlet, Scarred delivers a ruthless prince, dangerous secrets, and a battle between duty, desire, and revenge.
